Genesis Pool Service a good job. They quoted me a reasonable price, and stayed with it. Ryan arrived quickly after I called needing help with a cracked pipe that was leaking. Genesis Pool Service is the best in the Katy area......Ryan (owner) always helpful and gets the job done......have been using Genesis since 2008 when we moved to Katy....he got our pool up and running after Hurricane Ike pretty much destroyed the pool.....I highly recommend Genesis Pool Service......

I like the Genesis pool service so much. He started working for my pool was right after the hurricane Rita.. He changed motor and cleans filter every spring. after i found him I don't worry about my pool anymore. I depend on him so much.

There is a review by a Ms. Shannon Overland that is highly exaggerated. Although I respect Ms. Overland, this review is not true. I went out of my way to help this customer and still was not satisfied. I have 11 years of pool experience and I think that there was a communication problem and also the customer doesn't understand pools and how they operate. I did exactly what I was paid to do. I also went out of my way to make sure that the customer was satisfied by making and extra two trips to her pool. I actually did a couple of services for Ms. Shannon for FREE to please her, but unfortunately, she wasn't satisfied that there still was a problem with her pool equipment that I had no control over. I think that Ms. Shannon Overland was a nice person, but we seem to not be on the same page as far as what was recommended next to solve the problem. Thank you.

I've had Genesis Pool service for several years now. Being a Navy vet, it was awesome to find another vet who is running a business. Ryan understands the need to have affordable and reliable service, he works well with us in managing and maintaining our pool service.

Ryann was God sent to help me with my pool. My homeowners insurance wanted to drop me because I bought an old house with a broken pool. All the estimates for removal of old plaster adding new plaster was so costly. I felt so hopeless until a called Genesis Pool Services. I have been using Ryan for the past 4 years for cleaning and maintenance of my pool. Ryan is reliable and fair. Ryan also resurfaced and re-tiled our pool after hurricane Harvey.

From the acceptance of their estimate to the completion of the project was under 2 weeks, and that's only because rain prevented their starting earlier. Ryann was extremely responsive, honest and helpful. I would recommend these guys!
